Important Information For Vendors

No refunds are given on any booth spaces. Booth rentals are a donation to our benefiting charities.

Tents, chairs, tables are not provided.  This is an outdoor event on the Ozark, Mo square, so please be prepared if you need a tent or other shelter.

Sertoma Oktoberfest committee must approve all booth activities prior to the event.

10ft x 10ft booth space is $50. 

Electricity is an additional $25

After submitting the registration form and it is reviewed you will be emailed an invoice. 

Spaces can not be held until the invoice is paid.  Please do not register until you are ready to pay.

RESTRICTED ITEMS – Vendors are prohibited from sales of hots dogs, brats, pretzels and alcoholic beverages.
