2025 Sertoma Duck Race Festival Craft, Business and Food Vendors

Welcome to the Sertoma Duck Race Festival!

We are expecting a fantastic year for vendors along with a carnival zone for kids, live entertainment, lots of great food and our famous rubber duck race with a public attendance of 15,000-20,000 people every year!

We welcome you to apply to be a vendor by filling out the form below.  Please do not apply until you are ready to pay for your space.

Please take a look at the vendor map and let us know which available space you would like.  Space requests will be granted as much as possible, but space changes can occur at any time.  The map is color coded for power and pricing, please see the key in the bottom right.

Some spaces have electric, but those do sell out fast, so reserve your space early.  Don’t worry, if all the spaces with power are taken we do allow battery packs and quiet inverter generators.

Important Information For Vendors

No refunds are given on any booth spaces. Booth rentals are a donation to our benefiting charities.

Tents, chairs, tables are not provided.  This is an outdoor event, so please be prepared if you need a tent or other shelter.

Craft booth spaces are 10ftx10ft – Food booth spaces are 12ftx20ft

Sertoma Duck Race Festival committee must approve all booth activities prior to the event.

Food Vendors: The Christian County Health Department and Ozark Fire District require inspections and permits for this event.

You are required to apply for your permit atleast 10 days before to the event.  Please contact them for requirements prior to applying.

Booth location requests will be granted if possible.  Current vendors have the first opportunity to renew their current booth space by turning in a registration form for the next year at the event.  After the event all spaces for the next year will be put out for public reservation. We do allow vendors to choose their own space which means we are not placing vendors, you are choosing.  Please look to see who your neighbors will be before applying for a space.

After submitting the registration form and it is reviewed you will be emailed an invoice. 

Spaces can not be held until the invoice is paid.  Please do not register until you are ready to pay.

By filling out the registration form below you agree to the above and below policies.

Sales of the following items are prohibited from sales in any vendor booth:

Hot Dogs Of Any Kind, Iced Sweet or Unsweet Tea, Any Items Displaying Profanity, Alcoholic Beverages

Show Times:

Friday 5pm – 11pm and Saturday Noon – 10pm

You are not required to have your booth open all hours. You are allowed to close your booth by closing your sides if you prefer, but please do not pack up your booth until 10pm Saturday. It is detrimental to your fellow vendors to pack up your booth early. There will be light trees in the park for safety.  Overnight security is provided Thursday and Friday night.

Vendor Set Up Times

Food Vendors Thursday June 19th 4pm-7pm or Friday 8am-10am

Craft Vendors – Friday June 20th 8am – 4:30pm

No vehicles will be allowed inside the park after 3pm Friday.

If you need to drive a vehicle in to the park please arrive early.
